Back in Subang Jaya

We are back in Subang Jaya, awaiting Jordan's arrival in Singapore at 7 am tomorrow morning (Sunday) at 7 am. It was not an easy trip. Air Asia cancelled its 8 pm flight that we were on with no notice . The flight was rescheduled for 11:40 pm with no reason given. I hate when air lines do that. You would think someone would get on the pa system and tell you. However, when we boarded at 11:45 each passenger was given a Kentucky Fried Chicken dinner and a can of pop for their troubles. I thought it was a very nice gesture on Air Asia's part. We departed at midnight powered by the Colonel's wings.

We arrived in KL at about 1 pm and caught a cab for the 45 minute ride home. Three sleepy travellers crawled into bed, but not before calling Jordan and wishing him good luck on his flight. He should be somewhere over the Pacific on his way to his stop over in Shanghai where he has about 6 hours to wait for his flight to Singapore. Hopefully he will walk around have dinner and get ready for the next leg of the flight. He was not feeling well as he was waiting to get on the plane in Vancouver.

Today will be a Christmas shopping day for Jaime and Jordan. We are not buying much this year as we have poured money into their travels. However, you have to have some gifts under the tree. Speaking of the tree, it is starting to shed. It appears that it will still look like a Christmas tree for Christmas day as long as we do not bump into it. All bets are off for Boxing Day.
