Wednesday

Hi All,

We woke up to rain this morning, only the 2nd time in 6 weeks. It stopped after 30 minutes and we now have a beautiful clear sky and subsequently a dip in the temperature. It was good that it stopped raining as today is the shortened day where there are all kinds of events going on to raise money for charity. I don't suppose it would have affected the dunk tank. It was suggested that I become a dunk person but I thought 'not'!

Today we are going to thelocal pool hall (they have jugs of beer) to celebrate 2 teachers who have birthdays this week. We will probably also have dinner afterwards and walk home. Yesterday Shelley and I walked to the Subang Parade shopping centre (15 minutes) and had a lovely dinner for 15 ringgits and then walked home (20 minutes). It was all good although we had broken a sweat on the way home, mainly due to our backpacks.
